Employers may be charged fees for posting job openings on the Site, including fees for sponsored job postings. Job seekers can use the Site free of charge. The Site reserves the right to modify fees at any time.

  • Job Seekers: Retain ownership of their resumes and personal data but grant NevadaWorkplace.com a license to display their resumes to potential employers as part of job applications.
  • NevadaWorkplace.com owns the intellectual property related to the Site, including design, branding, and content created by the platform.

8. Liability
