Job Description

As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts

• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train and mentor new employees

Qualifications
